Submission Guidelines

Our editorial staff is open to all styles and subject matter. Please send up to five poems along with a short bio and your three most recent publishing credits along with the links of where your work is located.

Please note that we do not accept previously published works online or from print. We are no longer accepting simultaneous submissions. Please do not send us work being considered by another editor.

Notification of acceptance or rejection will take place within a three month time frame from the date we receive your work (unless it is a special feature where submissions have opened up earlier than usual).

If your work is accepted, you will be asked to send us a release.
Below is a copy of the standard release.

I (your name) certify that I am the writer of the work being submitted to Menendez Publishing. Work being submitted has not been published previously online or in print. If my poem should appear elsewhere after having selected for publication, it will be noted that it first appeared in MiPoesias Magazine located at http://www.mipoesias.com

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ATTACHMENTS


Submissions sent via an attachment will not be opened and will be deleted without a return comment. If you have a submission that needs to be sent via attachment, contact us at editor@mipoesias.com and we will advise how to proceed.

Archives

Publications remain on our servers for a one year time frame. Previous issues past the one year time frame may be downloaded to another digital format. The download of past issues is up to the web master's discretion depending on web space.

MiPo belongs to The Council of Literary Magazines and Presses.

Our poetry board participates in the PBL.
