Your Ghost Haunts NYC 

shouted to me silver
eyed, New York behind you, ephemeral

a silhouette
licked with the pulse of lucidity

you loll maze streets
see me in a meditation of glass as a hooker

with an ass always pretty
yet curt in the city designated a dominatrix

your eyelashes draw me
closer, like fire escape stairs to obsidian

pupils or a doorway
with you there, naked eyes now closed
