1.

caught on the devil's toilet;
swollen eyes and spitting fire
between the blinds

you

between

my

cross-hairs

like a wet sore;
a hot diaper in my beer.

get out from under
my fingernails

every
morning
with
that
fucking
lawnmower

i'm double fisting this time
my cock and a blade;
let me grab my robe

and set another
plate
for
breakfast

2.

I'm watching National Geographic
and there's this giant elephant
in some rural indian village
striking fear into the locals.

He's already killed thirty of them.
This guy says the elephant knocks
on doors with his foot,
waits for you to answer
then snatches you with his trunk.

He prays to Ganesh this never
happens to him.

So I swallow a warm shot
of tequila and go
knock on my neighbors door
(the one with the lawnmower).
